Numbers in, picture out

The clues along each row and column tell you how the filled squares are grouped. Work out which cells must be filled and which must stay empty, and a hidden picture emerges from the grid.

Each clue lists the runs of filled cells in that row or column, in order.
A gap of at least one empty cell separates every run from the next.
Cross out the cells you have ruled out — narrowing down is half the solve.
Every puzzle has exactly one solution, so it can always be reasoned out.
Boards run from a gentle 5×5 up to a 20×20 that will take a while.
