Account deletion

Delete your Nonogram Arena account

App: Nonogram Arena (com.bits.nonogramarena)

Option 1 — delete it in the app (fastest)

Open Nonogram Arena.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Settings (gear icon).
Tap Delete account and type your display name to confirm.

Your account and data are removed immediately. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — ask us to delete it

Email ivan.stoyanov.stoyanov@gmail.com from the address registered to your account.
Use the subject line "Delete my Nonogram Arena account".
Include the display name shown on your profile, so we can confirm the right account.

We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, and email you to confirm once it is done. Deletion cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials.
Your email address and display name.
Level, experience points, streak and rank tier.
Puzzle history, completion times and statistics.
Leaderboard entries and ranking positions.
Challenges you created or accepted.
Followers and players you follow.
Unlocked themes and cosmetic items, and your coin balance.
Push notification tokens for your devices.

What is kept, and for how long

Encrypted backups — purged within 30 days of deletion.
Aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example, total puzzles solved across all players) are retained indefinitely, because they can no longer be linked to you.
Records we must keep by law, such as purchase receipts required for tax or accounting purposes, for the period the law requires.

Note on purchases

Deleting your account does not automatically refund purchases. Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies.
