These terms are the agreement between you and Ivan Stoyanov, trading as Clickoni ("we", "us") for your use of Queens Arena ("the app"). By downloading or playing the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area, where local law sets that age) to create an account. You can play the single-player game as a guest without an account. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done through it.
When you use leaderboards, friend challenges, live duels or the Daily Tower, you agree not to:
We may remove leaderboard entries, reset progress, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will normally warn you first.
Puzzles, daily boards, tower ladders and rankings are provided as they are. We may change, add or retire game modes, adjust difficulty or scoring, reset seasonal leaderboards, or take the service down for maintenance. Live duels need a working network connection on both sides; we can't guarantee that a match won't be interrupted by a connection you or your opponent lose.
Some optional features — a hint, for example — may be offered in exchange for watching a rewarded video ad. Watching is always your choice, and declining never blocks the puzzle itself. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before any personalised advertising; see the Privacy Policy.
The only content you supply is your display name. You grant us permission to show it to other players where the game does so — leaderboards, profiles, challenges and duel rosters. You confirm you have the right to use the name you choose.
The app, its puzzles, artwork, themes, wordmarks and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may play the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute any part of it except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress and rankings will always be preserved. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress, coins, cosmetics or rankings. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we retire the app — in which case we will give reasonable notice in the app where we can.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and the courts there have jurisdiction — without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in the country where you live.
