Delete your Hexogram Arena account

App: Hexogram Arena (com.bits.hexogramarena)

Option 1 — delete it in the app (fastest)

Open Hexogram Arena.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Settings (gear icon).
Tap Profile management.
Tap Delete account and type your display name to confirm.

Your sign-in is removed immediately, and the rest of your data within 30 days. This cannot be undone. Your account is one Clickoni account shared by all of our puzzle games, so deleting it removes it from every one of them.

Option 2 — ask us to delete it

Email ivan.stoyanov.stoyanov@gmail.com from the address registered to your account.
Use the subject line "Delete my Hexogram Arena account".
Include the display name shown on your profile, so we can confirm the right account.

We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, and email you to confirm once it is done. Deletion cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials.
Your email address and display name.
Level, lifetime coins earned, streak and rank tier.
Puzzle history, completion times and statistics.
Leaderboard entries and ranking positions.
Arena posts, duels and challenges you created or took part in.
Followers, players you follow, and reactions you sent.
Unlocked themes and cosmetic items, and your coin balance.
Feedback messages you sent from the app.
Push notification tokens for your devices.

What is kept, and for how long

Encrypted backups — purged within 30 days of deletion.
Crash reports — deleted automatically by our crash-reporting provider (Sentry) after 90 days.
Aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example, total puzzles solved across all players) are retained indefinitely, because they can no longer be linked to you.
Records we must keep by law, such as purchase receipts required for tax or accounting purposes, for the period the law requires.

Note on purchases

Deleting your account does not automatically refund purchases. Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies.
